This training course will provide you with all the elements you need to ensure that your projects run smoothly, while respecting their functional objectives, deadlines, costs and quality criteria.
Training objectives
At the end of the training, each participant:
– Master the basics of project management
– Shares a common vocabulary
– Knows the main stages of a project
– Find their way around the various players and bodies involved
This course is designed for people who need to learn the basics of project management. The target profiles are project managers, but also PMOs, project managers assistant or any other person involved in a project.
Our trainers have mastered the theoretical part and put these notions into practice on a daily basis as project management consultants. They are therefore able to illustrate the training with concrete examples that enable you to project yourself into your own situation.

Methods used
We alternate theory and practice, engaging participants through exercises, Q&A and case studies.
Assessment methods
Two quizzes are offered to participants. They enable participants to situate themselves in relation to the concepts they have studied, but also to pursue their learning during the trainer's debriefing and the exchanges that may ensue.
