Demand and Allocation Function

Principle

There's no standard function for quickly planning requirements or allocating resources in %.

That's why Teamsquare has developed an add-on to optimize this step and reduce data administration time and effort:

Need for working days or Full Time Equivalent
Resource allocation in: % working days, % capacity, % need...

Description

A new unit % Working Days (or Full-Time Equivalent) is now available in the role allocation function.

A new % column can be displayed in the Occupation tab to store the % assignment. This % can represent:
– % of requirement,
- % working days,
– % resource capacity,
other.

PHYSIOLOGICAL

Provides a distribution function that meets user needs.
Reduces administration time and effort.
