There are multiple transformations, reflecting the diversity of typologies: digital, structural, CSR, and many others. Each of these transformations are unique in its application.

In order to better understand and navigate this complex environment of transformation, Teamsquare is conducting an in-depth study of organizations' capacity to transform. Based on their own endogenous factors, this study aims to assess and measure each organization's intrinsic capacity to undertake a significant transformation. The aim is to obtain a precise measure of the potential for transformation of each of the participating organizations.

The study is carried out with organizations of different sizes from a variety of business sectors. Interviews are conducted with people in charge of transformation, including TMOs, Transformation Project Managers and members of Management Committees, in order to gather relevant information about their management systems.

The interview enables us to quantify the major characteristics of transformation according to the Imago axes. It also feeds into a database reflecting the transformation potential of organizations with regard to the most commonly encountered profile. Of course, publication of the results is at the discretion of each organization.
