Change Management
The Prosci® Methodology
Teamsquare supports you in your transformation project. As a specialist in change management, we rely on the Prosci® methodology.
The ADKAR model is a change management framework developed by the U.S. company Prosci in 1981, following research conducted across 300 organizations that had implemented major transformations. The model encourages a structured approach to identifying the actions required to drive change through every stage and ensure it is sustained over time.
The model can be used to:
– Diagnose resistance to change
– Support employees during transition phases
– Develop an effective change action plan, either individually or at the team level
The ADKAR model delivers powerful results by supporting individual change as a way to achieve organizational success.
It provides a structured approach to ensure that every person affected by change progresses through the five phases required for successful, lasting transformation.
