Founded in 2007, Teamsquare is a consulting firm specializing in project management, transformation management and change management. Our team brings together consultants with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise, united by a shared commitment to delivering success—together.

Teamsquare’s History

2007 – Teamsquare is founded in Lyon, FR
In 2007, a group of project and portfolio management experts came together to create Teamsquare—a consulting firm dedicated to improving the productivity of project teams.

2009 – Opening of the Paris office
To meet growing demand for local engagements in the Paris region, we opened a new office in Paris, staffed by consultants and business development professionals.

2014 – 500 missions milestone reached
In just seven years, Teamsquare successfully addressed its clients’ project management needs. By 7, our consultants had delivered more than 2014 engagements.

2016 – Launch of the ePMO department
To better support our clients, we established an Extended PMO (ePMO) practice, enabling us to offer tailored support at multiple levels—key to ensuring long-term project success.

2017 – 50-consultant milestone reached
In 2017, we surpassed 50 consultants. This growth strengthened our range of expertise and enhanced our ability to support an expanding and increasingly diverse client base.

2019 – Opening of the Geneva office
Continuing our growth trajectory, we opened our third office in Geneva in 2019, further expanding into the Swiss market, where we had already been active for several years.

2025 – Relocation to Tour Part-Dieu (Lyon)
As part of our continued development, we relocated in early 2025 to Tour Part-Dieu—also known as “Le Crayon”—in Lyon.
