Transformation Meetings: 2nd Edition

After the success of the first edition, where we initiated a community of transformation actors, defined the contours and expectations of this emerging function, and shared devices and approaches specific to this function, we are delighted to invite you to a new morning of sharing and exchanges!

For this second edition, let’s embark on “Destination: Transformation”!

Transformations force our organizations to reinvent themselves to create value differently. This materializes in a unique way: a centralized transformation management or on the contrary distributed as close as possible to the actors, roles of transformation strategists – transformation director – PMO – CTO…, a temporary structure or elsewhere lasting… So many criteria that we were able to share during our first edition of the Transformation Meetings.

The 4 Imago® axes proposed by Teamsquare constitute a basic basis for estimating the capacity of organizations to transform and we plan, during this morning, to share with you the first results of our national survey.

We will also give pride of place to exchanges, notably through testimonials and sharing of experiences.
